How do I access my purchase or downloads?
Go to My Account and sign in using the email you used at checkout. If your download link is missing or not working, check Digital Downloads & Access.
I can’t log in. What should I do?
First, confirm you’re using the correct email address. Try password reset from the login page. If it still fails, contact support.
My download link isn’t working.
Try a different browser or an incognito/private window. If it still fails, contact support with your order email and screenshots.
